Many thanks to Jeremy from Tradlands for coming on the show and sharing some insight on what it takes to ditch the 9-5 and the hardships you’re going to more than likely encounter on your journey to financial freedom and starting an online business.
Between crashing with friends and family, flipping gadgets on Ebay for cash, to seeking advice from mentors, Jeremy gives us some incredible pieces of advice that you’re not going to want to miss.**Show Notes:**
After we started the business 6 months in, we needed to move somewhere cheep and we moved in with my brother in law. We moved from San Francisco to the state of Maine with zero money yaknow the business wasn’t doing much income… that was hard. Then 8 months later we actually moved back into my parents house for like a year and half because we left Maine and needed somewhere to go. It was supposed to be a little visit and it had to turn into a year and a half.
I think right now there’s a huge conversation around “fast fashion” and buying into H&Ms and Forever 21s for women where you’re buying cheaply made products that they’re pumping into the stores weekly and they may or may not hold up, but they’re gonna be soon off trend anyway. We’re trying to make a classic women’s button up.
